I love the youtheory liquid packets. They are expensive, but easy for travel or to take to-go. This flavor is... not terrific but it's not terrible either. Just wash it down with water!

I purchased this to help tame the precursors that raise cortisol levels that create a little more in the midsection than I would like! So far so good...for me personally, If I can reduce chronic high cortisol that (from my personal research on this issue) seemil encourages an increase in appetite and cravings, especially for sugary or salty foods; can raise blood sugar and insulin, which encourages fat storage; and shifts fat storage toward the abdominal area (visceral fat). So... if I am controlling my stress levels and controlling chronic high cortisol, I am as happy as a blueberry!

So far so good it taste like blueberry, but it has a little bit of acidity sour taste, which I don’t like and even though it’s liquid, I feel like there is a little bit of powdery texture in the liquid, which I wish it didn’t have
