Excellent clean energy and mental clarity
I love the Burn so much!! It boosts my energy but there's no crash later and no jitters. About 30 mins after I take my 2 capsules, I feel like a light switch flips on in my brain and I'm suddenly thinking clearer and feeling motivated to get things done. I have lost 5lbs since starting to take it 2 months ago but I've gone down a full pants size. All my clothes are looser (even the band on my bra needed to be moved to the next set of hooks). I find the effects last about 6 hrs so I sometimes take Burn at lunch to help get me through the afternoon and evening munchies. Highly recommend!!
