This is a great product. I actually noticed a difference in my sleep quality from the first to use it, but I stopped taking it because I really didn’t like the taste of Honey. It made me nauseous. I would definitely recommend if you have no issues with those two flavors combine together overall 9 out of 10.
I like taking all forms of magnesium. This one is with L theanine which helps fighting consequences of stress. Personally I don't like the taste of honey - it makes me nauseous 😔 but overall this product is good enough to try
I really like the added addition of L-Theanine to help with relaxation. If you have a sensitive stomach be careful and only sip around 100mg slowly at a time as it can cause diarrhea in sensitive individuals.
SLEEP! It's not my favorite flavor so I cover it up with raspberry flavor. It does seem to help me have a calmer sleep.

Great quality and ingredients. The size is smaller than I thought but still very large. This has magnesium which is so good for you before going to sleep. It’s great minerals for rest before bed. I like to drink this before bed. Taste lovely. Not very strong taste just a bit of vanilla. I like that
