For those with persistent coughs this is an instant relief! Especially useful before speeches, meetings or before sleep when coughing really needs to stop. We love that it is natural and a quick remedy. Of course, it is important to look at your life style, e.g. reduce or stop milk products that cause mucus for a while and add "white vegetables like cauliflower etc." white foods support the lungs and of course look after your spleen - with Astragalus... We are glad we found this product. Taste is minty... dosage - simply one sachez... benefit is instant... it calms the lungs down immediately. Ingredients are natural - really important. Great size - you can take the sachez in your bag travelling or keep them next to your bed. Not even water is needed to take them.
These are great for my sore throat. It has a cooling sensation when you swallow them, it’s very interesting. I will be repurchasing these for sure.
