This has great quality, taste and texture. The texture is a bit drier than the chocolate chip flavor, but that's likely due to the oats in this. So should make sure to not over cook these, or they might get dry. We just mix it with milk, in my opinion that makes these the fluffiest and softest. Mix with milk and let it sit and thicken for a while. Kodiak Cakes is the best alternative I have found to regular pancakes, and the ekstra protein is such a benefit. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this product. I had high hopes for this mix - the reviews are positive, the packaging is great, and for the price I expected a solid result. The batch I made came out gooey, grainy, and just not tasty. Maybe that’s simply how protein pancakes are… but overall, it was a disappointment.

These Kodiak flapjacks are a tasty and wonderful surprise, especially if you bought them to boost your protein intake. By themselves, when made with added water, you get 15 grams of protein. Replace the water with milk and you get 18 grams of protein. Add an egg and you get 21 grams of protein! You can even make muffins and chocolate chip cookies with this mix. I love the versatility of this product, as well as the taste. It's a good buy at a reasonable price. Glad I found this

I see so many positive reviews about these but I was not convinced. I love that it is simple and convenient but they were just not super tasty and also didn't have an amazing texture.
