The price is amazing for the size. As for the dosage , I take the suggested amount - 2 capsules. Because I am taking it with other supplements, I take this one at a dinner time. There’s not taste or after taste. As for the benefits, I do feel more energy while taking it. I will definitely be repurchasing this.

I’m not sure if these capsules provide the same benefits as eating the moss gel. They taste way better, smell like a hint of mint, and you take 2 a day. So much easier than eating the gel. These can be a huge benefit to health so I will keep taking them!

I like this product and the capsules are a good size. I have not seen much of a difference or benefits from taking this supplement but I will provide an update. There is no nasty after taste!
