First of all, it’s sooo delicious! It tastes just like a strawberry. I have been taking two tablespoons spoons of this for about a month and the first thing I noticed is the boost in my energy. I am typically easy to lose energy especially social one, but this helps me maintain it. I also noticed I don’t crave sugars throughout the day at all! My skin glows, but I have not noticed any changes in my hair health. I have been experiencing extremely dry ends and have been searching for a solution. And hair loss. All in all, I would like it if they made a bigger size because one is not enough for a full month.

True Sea Moss has got my vote for great authentic quality of ingredients and taster /flavor is great. I wasnt sure just because alot of reviews said it was thr best. I reordered buta different flavour, strawberry is tasty but the after taste is kinda weird, the blue one is way better in terms of flavour, I was taking one full spoon everyday and it lasted less than a month, so probably two jars would be needed to go through a whole month
