This is a repeat order. I find this helpful with controlling my sugar levels. My current meds for Myasthenia Gravis tends to increase my blood sugar level. I believe this one helps regulate it. I have been taking these for years. I don't need to take meds for sugar level control.

Great quality bitter melon and doesn't have any indifferent taste. Dosage is enough, and the size is okay. bitter melon is a great benefit for diabetics diet. I like that it's not mixed with anything else, the only ingredient is bitter melon. It was packaged well, nothing to complain about.
