I used to have a bottle with activated charcoal powder that works wonders but since I am traveling I couldn't have it with me for the risk of getting open and then all my clothes would be black, I tried the compress pills but in my experience they were not as good as the powder, so for now this works great, I can just open the capsule and take it as powder and is easier to manage the dosage, I take it for the benefit of bloating after meals. The taste is like charcoal, not great but not bad.
