Pretty good, though bioavailability depends on consumption with other fats as a carrier, compared to supplements that dont need this its a downside. Furthermore I would buy in bulk instead at much cheaper rates. For a short term supplementation this is fine and the quality is good.

i have used it for the first time, the quality is ok but i thing i tried better omega products, it has good benefits on the bones but as fish oil its not the best ingredients for me, you can use it if you feel it better for body, i will try another month to be more fair.

This is a good quality extra strength fish oil supplement, that only requires taking 1 or 2 capsules per day. The softgel capsules are moderate in size and easy to swallow. There is no smell or taste. The price is competitive with other brands that are also extra strength. I purchased this item while it was discounted.
