I bought this brand because it has a higher EPA/DHA ratio. I originally bought to help lower my inflammation and LDL. but I have seen that it has also helped with my scalp inflammation. I've seen a significant reduction in my severe dandruff (Seborrheic dermatitis). I will say that it does make you burp a lot when you drink them and the after taste a slightly fishy but I dont mind it
so much fish oil is cheapened with impurities but this seems to be a great variety of good products of oils. You can tell fish oils work with the quality of your skin when you notice textures. My skin and also improves mood and health! NO doubt one of if not the best for the money!! Plus you have to appreciate made in US.
