I decided to give it a go. I used to buy Sports Research, but it’s twice as expensive, so I decided to try this Omega because the dosage is high and, overall, it works out cheaper. The jar itself is quite large, about the size of a 500ml glass. Overall, the quality is good. I’ll give it a go.
