There are quite a number of very similar products, in this case a mixture of well known supplements and herbs supporting prostate health. In my humble and maybe uneducated opinions there is not much if any difference between them. I guess that either all of those 'brands' either buy the various content via a wholesale company and then mix and pack or they're getting the product already delivered mixed and packed with the only discernible difference for us being price or more or less colorful packaging. In this specific case, I sent for the good price.

This product is a good supplement of minerals and herbs to help male unary track health. The ingredients in this supplement are touted in literature to assist male health and hormone balance. This product seems to work for me at age 78. Consult your health care professional and take as directed.

Also has a simple does of just 1 capsule per day. Good choice if you're looking for a simple supplement that you can take every day for your overall Prostate Health.

My spouse takes these capsules a few times a wk over years. Previously he had an enlarged prostate, but when he went to the dr recently, everything was in the normal range, so these capsules probably have been helping improve things.

I take it as a daily supplement 3 times a day. It is difficult to say how much my condition has improved. I will observe further.
