I just started taking Diosmin & Hesperidin (60 capsules), so it’s still too early to notice any visible results. However, I can say that I haven’t had any negative reactions so far — I didn’t feel nauseous, sleepy, or experience any discomfort after taking it. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the formula seems clean and straightforward. I’ll keep using it for a while longer to see if there are any noticeable improvements.

I am using the black pepper one right now.. il start using this one soonest.. I just love the brand.. really nice quality supplements. and I expect this supplement to not be anything less that great
