many things can boost testosterone, but Fenugreek extract is a great herbal addition to boost testorerone. I'm using this every morning with shilajit and cordyceps :)
I have been using this product for some time and have noticed that I have had a surge of energy and this has been very noticable particularly in my sports endeavours. I am less tired and can concentrate longer on work. I am not certain that this is solely from the use of the product but it is a causation.

About 10% up testosterone i feel - which is great because many other don0t work at all- so after 40 must try it if is it for you.
Fenugreek extract is a great addition to my routine. The quality is excellent, and I’ve noticed a boost of energy in the second half of the day when I take it after lunch. I believe it works even better with a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
I am not sure why Testofen® products are not widely available or just on this website not, but that's how i like to take Fenugreek without having the bodily odor from it. All at a very affordable price.
