Albion® Copper, 2 mg, 300 Tablets

I take high doses of zinc as per my doctors advice. For a while had no issues but after 3 months started getting imbalances and was advised to add this, but not taking at the same time. So zinc in the morning and copper in the early evening. The quality seems good and the size is perfect. But consult your doctor because too much copper is also not good. PS I’m happy with the packaging and quantity for the price!

Copper might be the missing link to moving iron in the body. If copper levels are too low, the ceruloplasmin is also low and you remain anemic.

Very satisfied by quality of it, i take it every 2nd day, which is enough ,size isn't a problem here. Ingredient is good. Size can be seen on the picture wich no more then 1 inch.

Its a good quality cooper the size and the ingredient and package good for the price it’s good supplement to use when u take zinc supplements which drop ur cooper too I used it beside the zinc but not the same time ofc I no after taste easy to swallow

I'm taking zinc, but I heard that too much zinc can cause copper deficiency and affect the body, so I bought this. The tablets are large and contain a high amount of zinc, so I think they're good. The tablets aren't particularly large, so I think they'll be easy to take.
