This is now my preferred way to take copper. The glass bottle and no filler ingredients is what convinced me to purchase and the dosing control that a liquid gives me over a pill are reasons I will be buying again. I will say that if you are deficient, getting an exact full dosage will be a harder to achieve than a pill. Because this is a high quality mineral supplement I find it has a strong metallic taste, but I take it straight and wash it down with water. Highly recommend for those that need a little bit more copper in their day.

Just need a bit of it, the quality of this copper is high good for blood vessel and it needs iron and over all health, the benefits are better than other supplements suppliers.

Easy to use mixed with water and taken along with a Vitamin C supplement. However, it recommends 30 drops at a time which means that it will be used up on very short order. I will continue to use it despite that, unless I find a more economical source.

I use copper to chelate excess iron and zinc. It helps with energy and skin health. I use this and a glycinate copper 3-6 mg per day.

Switched to this brand. I haven't taken it yet, but I have tried other ionic minerals from this brand. No fillers. I will purchase again.

I recently started taking copper and I feel it is giving me a boost in energy. I take it with a little bit of water in the morning. I also take iron and zinc, but space these out at least a couple of hours from each other as I have read it is best these 3 are not taken at the same time. I also use eidon potassium which is great. I appreciate that these are quality products with no harmful fillers. Will purchase again and the product came fast.
