Just got these and started taking, not able to say yet how good they are, but I know copper should be very good for immunity.

Got this because a YouTube guru said my oily facial skin may be a symptom of a D3 deficiency, so I also started taking the cofactors - Zinc, K2, Copper, B6 & Magnesium. My facial skin is no longer oily, so I guess something about it worked.

Source Naturals provides a good quality copper supplement. Copper provides many benefits for the body, such as collagen formation, and bone metabolism. I like that the product contains copper in the citrate form, and the dosage is 3mg per tablet. Also, the tablets are thin, and can be broken apart for more flexible dosing.

Tablets contain copper citrate, which appears to be at least as effective as the more prevalent copper glycinate and costs less. Also easier on the stomach. Still not as good as the copper sebacate Source Naturals used to offer, but close.
