I experienced success with this product but needed to take 5-6 capsules. I took it in conjunction with asheagandha and had good results, however at such a high dosage it is an expensive supplement for me. If one or two capsules work for you it would not be an issue for you. Not sure if I will keep this one on my stress stack.

I have been using Lactium for almost 2 years now. I take 1 capsule 1 hour before bedtime. It helps me fall asleep. I will keep taking it. I think it is still working even after almost 2 years without a break. I always buy it from Iherb, especially when it is on sale.
