Product seems to be of good quality. Had the best ingredients list out of most. Just seeing if it makes a difference in how I feel from day to day. Potency was the best and closest to what is actually recommended, compared to other brands. Being a capsule, there is no taste to it, and the size is normal capsule size and easy to swallow.
