I was diagnosed with NAFLD a few months ago. I’ve been doing a lot of work to try and reverse it. Between fasting, keto, milk thistle and this Inositol/Glycine supplement, my labs are all back within normal range and the ultrasound showed major improvements. Highly recommended for anyone needing a good, clean ingredient supplement to help aid in liver function, glucose control and cellular level healing. I’m not the biggest fan of powdered stuff that I have to drink, but the taste of this isn’t bad at all and definitely worth it

I like these products they work, the swelling is gone and menstruation is normalized, I feel better with this product

I purchased this to help with sleep (in addition to other things), not sure it has made much difference to that yet but you could say my mood is more even tempered. Unable to compare the quality of this product as it is the first time using it but I quite like the taste, size is good too and better yet it doesnt contain dairy, gluten, soy and is non GMO

I liked this product and tried to to use for sleep - but I had to stop as I am quite sensitive to inositol unfortunately. But that was me not the product. Tasted good. Easily can just add to water

I have only mixed this into my morning plain yoghurts, so I don't think it negatively affects the taste of what I'm adding it to. I can't speak to its flavor just in water. I haven't used it long enough to know if it's helped energy or mood. But I'm thankful I haven't had any negative reactions to it. I will continue to use and evaluate its effectiveness but for now I am happy with the results.

Fast delivery exactly the ingredients that i have been looking for. It contains glycine and inositol 2 in 1. A scoop ariund 5grams is included. No strong taste. No smell
