This product has been extremely beneficial and useful for my 3 granddaughter who have ADHD. All 3 children really struggled to go to sleep. After taking this, they fall asleep so quickly. The ingredients in this medication are well balanced and beneficial. The quality is of a high standard. The taste is good. The size is great. Package is clear to read and informative.

I've been wanting to avoid the 1mg melatonin only dose my kids use 1-2 per week when needed. This combination works just as well, and I can rest easier with the new research that has been coming out about excessive use of melatonin.

Pediatrician recommended melatonin at night for my 5 year old and I chose this brand because of the low dose of melatonin and the herbal blend it offers. She went from going to bed at 7 and falling asleep at 10pmto going to bed at 7 and falling asleep at 7:30!! Amazing. Definite reorder.

I was trying to kids off melatonin and decided this might help them slow down It didn't work super great on making them tired compared to 1mg melatonin but i like it as an alternative

This has reduced sleep latency in my 4yr old significantly. We skip a dose a few times a week and notice a difference! He doesn’t love the taste but it’s small enough that he learned to take it as a tablet!

These work well for helping my son get ready for bed. The taste is bearable. My son said it doesn't taste good, but it doesn't taste bad.
