This is my first bottle and I’m planning on buying a second, my quality of sleep has been better, the ingredients seem very healthy and I haven’t had any side-effects which happen with most melatonins, tastes like cherry and the size is great easy to chew. Recommend👍🏻

When my daughter gets overly hyper or starts going to bed late, giving her this occasionally works well without any side effects. I give it to her irregularly, only from time to time, and I think it would also help with adjusting to time differences, so I plan to take it with us when we travel.

I bought this for my teenage son to help him have better sleep. I am not sure if it helps him because like most teenage boys, he does not provide me with many feedback (even when asked). Anyways, I use it for myself on some occasions when I have trouble sleeping. I notice that this will help me sleep longer and go back to sleep when I wake up to go to the bathroom. I sometimes use this in addition to melatonin.

i don't know it's there's a harmful ingredient ,but for the quality it's good, the taste good too, it's chewable. i only give one gummies instead of two, i gives my son around maghrib time, when the sunset. my son take a nap very long from 2pm until 5pm, so I need this to put him sleep again at 9pm everyday. the use it's good. sometimes my husband consume too.
