our immune system is very important, vitamin c and zinc are responsible for keeping our immune system strong and these nutrients aren't stored in our body, so we need to eat zinc and vitamin c foods regularly especially during monsoon season as per our requirement which is as per our age.
I read online that zinc is one of the supplement for leaky gut, I consumed KAL zinc 5 mg for 60 days and thought to it increase to 11 mg per day because that's the recommended daily dose, zinc is mostly present in non-veg, diary which could be hard to digest so I'm taking sublingual microlingual way.
Needed low dose Zinc for young kids and this works well. Added C is a plus. Dissolves easily.
The vitamin c zinc tablets is very effective and I use it since more than a year after the micro tablets of another brand stopped in the market. I love the KAL Z+C . Usually I take them everyday when I feel my immunity needs a boost or on a plane trip . I think since Covid pandemic everybody is more aware and more careful about the immunity issues
