Very easy tablets, you just melt it under the tongue. It tastes like green apples, and does not cause me any stomach issues like I had with other supplements. I can't tell about results, that will be apparent in my next bloodwork, but since I started taking these I feel less fatigued.

This product tastes good and the sour apple flavor is great. However, sometimes it stings a little under the tongue. I’m going to continue using it but probably won’t get it again if the burning continues
