Great quality and even better value! I prefer this 3-6-9 blend over standard fish oil because it feels more balanced. The softgels don't stick together in the bottle, and I haven't noticed any 'burps' or digestive issues. Definitely the best bang for your buck in the 250-count size.

These omega capsules are easy to swallow, though a bit larger than the Omega 3 ones from the same brand. My favorite thing is the taste, or rather, the lack of any fishy or unpleasant aftertaste that I used to get from other brands. They’re light on my stomach, so it’s easy to take them daily and stay consistent. The package is quite big and takes a bit more space on my kitchen counter, but when I travel, I just put a few capsules in my pocket pill box. Totally recommend and will keep buying them myself.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: My chiropractor got me started on this stuff and all I could say to it was "where have you been all of my life"? I love this! It has improved my health so much - I must have been very deficient and I am so happy with this product. My chiropractor advised that I pop it into my mouth and break the gel cap with my teeth.
