I bought this product when I wasn’t eating a lot of meat so instead of fish, I opted out for algae. The ingredient is the same, however you don’t get the same percentage as as with fish omega-3, so it doesn’t make it very economical. It’s an OK option for vegans and vegetarians, the product seems like a quality product. However, I don’t think I will be buying it again.
I'm over 40 and have presbyopia, dry eyes, gray hair, and severe brain fog. After taking this supplement for a week, I feel like it's working quite well, and my brain fog has definitely improved. To absorb it better, I've changed my breakfast to include healthy fats - half an avocado, whole wheat toast, a boiled egg, and almond butter paste. I take this and sunflower lecithin with my meal. Strangely, I always get a slight headache. After finishing this course, I'll try algae omega.

Quality is great. I’ve read a lot about this brand and I feel like there is no better plant based DHA out there. The taste is very pleasant. Soft sweet kind of flavor of the capsule. It doesn’t feel oily at all. I have a sensitive stomach and I used to get nausea from fish oils but this product has never given me any kind of discomfort.
High-end ingredients, Nordic's well known quality, gives one tge benefit of fish omega. works for cognition, nervous system, brain, and eyes. Excellent for all ages. Just two gel pills a just as the day in efficient packaging ...within a few weeks you'll notice a difference. It does the trick for me just as the fish ingredibothents did when taking that however decided to switch to plant based to make it easier on my stomach. I actually love both. BUT this product does as described. Highly recommend it..
It is a very good supplement to overall health and energy levels. The quality of both the product and packaging is amazing, and the dropper is very easy to use. The taste is not overwhelming, and I personally really use it. I'm willing to buy it again, and I trust it.

I fell into a reddit rabbithole where everyone was recommending taking in more DHA than EPA. I took that advice and found that the same day I began to feel more clear-headed and energetic. I like that the ingredients are vegan even though I'm not. It allows me to combine it with a skate oil supplement which I believe has a higher DHA omega ratio as well. I find it to be pretty expensive but I only purchase when on sale. great quality from Nordic as always!
