I usually take another brand of omega3 fish oil but wanted to give this a try since I like Sports Research's other products. Only have to take one instead of 3, the pill themselves are moderately sized and heavier than expected. I think these are quite good. Zero aftertaste.

I used to only take fish oils supplements but after i did find out that Krill oil contains astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant that is not typically found in fish oil. Astaxanthin has its own anti-inflammatory properties and other benefits, such as skin and brain health support, I did read that it may have MS benefits by reducing oxidative stress and neuroinflammation and would be better for me than just regular fish oils. The quality is really good and the pill has no after taste.
