so far, im feeling good taking this vitamin E 1000iu. first time ta take this dosage. im still in 3days on it. the size is big but so rasy to swallow. im waiting to see the best results in my overall progress in the future. the dosage is just good enough for me in this stressful period of life. good health benefits. good quality supplements ever.
