This phosphatidylserine from Protocol for Life Balance is the only one containing the dose most actually need to feel a difference from this supplement. It's a bit pricy, but it's worth it if you're dealing with excess cortisol.
i ordered this as a replacement for the normal PS300 that i take. Dosage and benefit is good, however, the size of capsule is hard for me to swallow. For this reason, i won't order again.

I have problem with adrenal glands. Searching something that will help me dont wake up with adrenalin at 3-5am.. so l-triptophan did only worst, i had a lot of weird dreams and full of energy. I drank it before sleep, maybe should drink in the morning. Also i drink Protocol for Life Balance, Extra Strength, phosphatidyl with it. Both made me wake up the same, so continue to search relax pills. L-theanin + magnolia+magnesium didn't help me too.
