Great quality of alpha lipoic acid
I started taking this to help with diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain in my arms and hands. Although studies suggest that orally doesn't do much good, and the positive results were seen with lipoid acid being taken intravenously, I can attest to the fact that this has absolutely helped me! I can ignore the pain throughout the day now, whereas a few weeks ago I could not. I am also able to sleep now, and it had gotten so bad prior to taking the lipoid acid that I either couldn't go to sleep, or the pain would wake me up.
