This supplement is helpful to my child with OCD. When those challenging moments arise and OCD symptoms flare up, my child now asks for this supplement because she recognizes that it helps her feel more relaxed especially at night. She needs to take 2 per day to see the difference (morning and evening), one is not enough.
Please keep making it. Only annoyance is that it runs out of stock often. My son gets very hyper at night, sometimes this product helps to get him off to sleep. A bit concerned about the B6 ingredient being so high, especially if taking other supplements. Too much B6 can cause nerve damage, so it's not something I'd give my child too often as he takes multivitamins that contain b complex some days.
my son is autistic and he takes 2 a day and has been for past 3 years; such a difference in him on these. no medication just these twice daily and one other vitamin

I like the quality and taste but my kids are picky and weren't so Into it. also not sure how effective it was as we took for less than a month. worth a try I suppose
My son has always struggled with big changes and transitions, we spent a little while searching for ways to support him with supplements during particularly big changes, we used these for the lead up to moving house and then when we settled in, I was expecting big meltdowns and struggles with sleep, but I can safely say these didnt happen with the frequency or severity I was expecting. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who's children are still learning self regulation and need a litte bit of extra support.
