No taste, better sleep. I think that this is a product that helped me the most, and my dosage is 1 pila instead of 2
I definitely recommend this! I saw a lot of reviews that said it tastes bad…. If you don’t know how to swallow pills that’s on you, of corse they taste bad, like most medicine. I have not taken the recommended dosage which is 4 pills 2x a day.. I take 3 in the am and 2 in the afternoon. This has exponentially curved my appetite, helped me to concentrate and focus on specific tasks and is helping me be a better mother. I am very happy with this product, I’ve only been taking it for a little over a week. I would have to say I’m very pleased. I have tried this product and I can really see improvement in my brain. Praise be to God. I will continue to use it for me and my son. I don't like the smell and they're too big but apart from that it's a good product. I would recommend it. Ingredients so good

first time use its good but after a few days I give headache for two day straight on the left side. okie taste noting to complain, easy to eat capsule size. and small dosage.good a good quality ingredient for this small bottle.
