This umami spice is incredible, it instantly elevates whatever I'm cooking. It has that rich, savoury depth that makes dishes taste like they've been simmering for hours. I’ve used it on eggs, stir-fries, and even avocado toast, and it never disappoints. A little goes a long way, and it’s quickly become one of my most-used seasonings.

Umami blends works for any dish. I was hesitant to buy the original one because it contains sea salt which is the first ingredient. It could be too salty for my dishes but I bought it anyway and it ended up being the best one in umami series.

Good quality product with unique taste. I use it frequently for different fish marinades. Glass package with a right size fits very well in the kitchen. I believe it shall go well also with vegetables and different other recipes, but would recommend fish - such as salmon or tuna. Ovell happy with it.
I love the quality of this spice. The ingredients are organic, taste good. But if you use too much, it's too spicy. I like to use it with all my vegetables, but just a little bit, not too much.
Simply organic never fail to deliver spice blends of great taste and quality. I use this to make potatoes wedges in the oven (along with pink salt and their all-purpose seasoning). My toddler anxiously waits for the timer to ring and devours them like candy. This size is their usual size in a glass bottle.
