Flat Anchovies, In Pure Olive Oil, 2 oz (56 g)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these anchovies. They taste fresh and well-balanced, not overly salty, and have a nice clean flavor. The texture is also good—not too soft or mushy—which makes them enjoyable to eat. They’re very versatile and work well in different dishes or even on their own. The flavor isn’t too strong, so it’s easy to incorporate into meals without overpowering everything else. The packaging kept everything fresh and intact. Overall, a high-quality product with great taste that I would definitely buy again.

I didn’t expect to love these as much as I do. The anchovies are firm, clean-tasting, and not overly salty like many others I’ve tried. The olive oil is actually good quality, which makes a noticeable difference. I use them on salads, toast, and even add a couple into sauces for depth — they melt beautifully and give that rich umami flavor without overpowering the dish. You can tell the product is fresh and well-sourced.

Am a huge fan of anchovies and this is quite good for a snack with bagels or crackers. Happy to have found this and other brands of anchovies on iherb.

I love the flavor boost of anchovies, but don't like stuggling to unfurl rolled up fish, as anchovies so often come in jars. The quality of these anchovies is first rate.
