This is a high quality Milk Thistle supplement with good ingredients, but is a bit expensive. The capsule is normal size and easy to swallow with some water. I take the capsule before bed, on an empty stomach to maximize absorption. I might buy it again if the price is right.
The ingredients are clean compared to others, I liked this one more and the price is also not too bad, I hope it will help support the health of myself and my children.
