I bought this for prenatal supplement and got better internal activity and quality and ingredient are good. Easy to open package and perfect size to swallow. Benefit is i go to restroom everyday with no issue. Digestion and absorption work for me. No more conspipation. Taste is okay for me.
I like it. Helped me feel so good in tummy. But I only take it on rotation once every 5 months with other probiotics. it worked very well FOR MYSELF after my taking the full pre, post, probiotics - Note that I capitalize "for myself" that is my honest sharing, everyone has different body inside. So, I have no medical inputs here. I will order this again. Good quality product, good trusted brand, they helped me to choose products work for me. Happy that iHerb had it on sale very often.

A very good list of beneficiary strains specifically for women, haven't found any other similar women's probiotics with all the strains. Will buy more as I feel great taking these supplements.
i am taking 1 pill daily for 1.5 moth and though it's really diffocult to say if it has any effect, at least I can tell there is no side effect which is nice. I like the clean packaging and the fact that a bottle lasts for a month's use
I have used several probiotics before, but haven't any that really worked. These do! I have tried a different Thorne probiotic before switching to the women's. I liked both. Keeps bloating down and am regular again.
I took three months worth of this probiotic just to see if I would get results. To be very honest, I didn't notice much of a difference. My main gut issues are acid reflux and bloating, which were still triggered from time to time when I was using this product. However that is not out of the norm for me so it's not the fault of this product. While I was using this product though I didn't get any UTIs which is good. However at this price point I think I am able to get other products that work just as well if not better.
This is really good, make me feel good and my stomach isn't as boated as I used to take some medicine to cause bloating. this doesn't have taste nor smell which is a huge plus for me, its well packaged too. Thorne is my go to as its great quality and cost.
