I normally take this with The Ripper pre-workout (which might be the reason I don't have as strong a feeling about it). I read on JNX' website that it is stackable with all of their products so gave it a try since I drink The Ripper quite regularly. Again, not 100% sure how effective, but so far no obvious harm.
i take this supplement to fight food cravings (sugar) and it definitely works. it also suppresses appetite. i am not sure that it increases metabolism. i like that it doesnt have any caffeine.
The product says it's stimulant-free, but for me, I felt like I took a stimulant. I developed a headache, queasiness, jitters, and some tingling on my arms I just tried it for the first time about 2 hours ago, and since I still feel awful, I can't say how long these side effects last. The pill size is not bad. The dosage is one pill x 2 per day. If you're not sensitive, I imagine the quality is fine.
I like the ingredient profile. it's all good stuff and nothing that will give u the jitters or cause heart palpitations like some other fat burners. i have seen any major fat loss taking them but it only been a few weeks.
