I've bought NOW vitamins in the past and they didn't disappoint. This one was a no different as it is helping me keep my immune system up with the combination of zinc and D3. I don't love that their is citric acid in the ingredients but I'm not going to waste the bottle plus it's working for me and my family. The size of the pills are a bit big but I drink lots of water to swallow it. It has no taste, it's easy on my stomach (WHICH I LOVE) and I find the best quality to be just right.
