NOW is my favorite brand due to quality and consistency. I bought Vitamin C as a preventative and as a way to help fight flare ups from EBV. I get weird red sores on my body during flare ups which have disappeared since starting my regimen to.stop flare ups, which is largely high doses of vitamin C. I guess it's working.

The quality of the ingredients seems to be very good. I take it on an empty stomach in the morning and haven't experienced any irritation like with other products I've used before. It was also good after meals. I like this convenience given my need to take it at different times throughout the day.
