it came pacakged securely. the taste is of glycerin which is easy to wash down with a dash of water.. I am on day 1 but I am hearing how this is a great addition to anyone's diet. ill be happy to update progressing forward!

Just one drop to get the daily dose - most people are deficient unless they use iodized salt. I use kosher salt for cooking so this supplement is a must
