I've been searching for quality probiotics specifically for women's health and Code Age Women's SBO seals the deal. Ingredients wise, it's got many important strains and is high in CFU too. Contains both prebiotics and probiotics. Size of capsule is easy to swallow, easy to absorb and doesn't taste much. Only 1 capsule a day. This is one of my favorite probiotics! I love the herbal blend specifically for women's health and the fact that its shelf stable. Compared to other probiotics, I think this is one the better ones price wise and ingredient wise. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a great fermented blend for gut health. I cannot comment on the quality of the product because i didn't really feel the difference before and after taking it. The size is convenient, no specific taste or smell. I bought this supplement mostly because it had S. Boulardii as an ingredient but was unable to feel any specific benefits
