It helps with digestion, glucose control, and I even discovered that it provides phosphorus, which is needed for bones and teeth; I don't like the smell, but I drink it quickly and there's no aftertaste.

I like it because i think it’s exactly what it says it is and it’s only pancreas, not liver and pancreas which is what’s commonly sold in most organ supplements I’ve seen. It’s a solid aid in digestion.
