First time trying this product.. Found that quality is equally good as compared to other brands which l used to take. The size is easy to swallow. As for the ingredients used, l have checked to be the same or similar to other brands l had tried. No complaint about this product from me.

It really helped lower my husband's cholesterol! It did what it promised. Also, because it contains milk thistle, it helped his transaminases!
