Milk Thistle Liquid Extract, Alcohol & Sugar Free, 1 fl oz (29.6 ml)

I have tried several Milk Thisle Extract in different brands in the form of capsules and Powders but my liver can't handle it that is causing me fatigue and gives me puffy eyebags. (I already experimented this several times, when i don't take these capsules and powders i dont get fatigued but once i tried it again, my fatigue goes in again. The same with other capsules and tablets. That's why i decided to try Liquid Extract and I got the result I wanted) I did research about the difference in extracting liquid and powder forms and i think liquid is really what my liver needs, purer than the powder.

This is my first time using this product. Initially I took two full syringes and added to water along with dandelion tincture and a capful by of apple cider vinegar. Had to scale back on the syringe and reduce to 1 I’ve seen a real benefit since using this milk thistle. My skin is more toned, really cleans you out, and I feel much more alert in the mornings. I don’t feel so sluggish or tired. Definitely recommended!

I love this product. I take milk thistle periodically, offering benefits such as detoxification, absorption, liver support, and overall health! There’s just so much going on in our environment so it is good to achieve a deeper detox from time to time. This is one of my favorite supplements, as it’s of high quality and contains clean ingredients !

I use this as liver support. I put it in my coffee and don’t even notice it is there. I’ve been happy with Swanson tincture quality.

Great way to take milk thistle liquid. I do take it because I am preparing my body for pregnancy so I am doing a gentle detox. I personally quite like the taste of this one, just mixed with water.

Good product, easy to use liquid form. The taste is acceptable, and it’s convenient compared to capsules. The quality seems good, and the brand is trustworthy. I’ve just started using it, so it’s too early to talk about noticeable effects, but overall I’m satisfied.

Good supplement to help protect your liver. Easy to use liquid, which I prefer. Tastes a little bitter, as it should.
