I’ve been using this liquid Saw Palmetto extract for about a month, and I’m genuinely pleased with the results. The quality feels very high — the dropper works perfectly for precise dosing, and the fact that it’s alcohol- and sugar-free makes it gentle and ideal for daily use. The taste is mildly herbal but not overpowering, and it blends well in a small glass of water or tea. The ingredient is pure: just saw palmetto berry extract in a clean liquid base. I appreciate the simplicity and lack of fillers. The 1 oz bottle may look small, but a little goes a long way — I only need 1-2 droppers daily, so it easily lasts several weeks. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a reduction in nighttime bathroom trips and a general improvement in urinary flow. I add this to my rosemary shampoo and conditioner. Both rosemary and saw palmetto are attributed to reducing hair loss. And, so far, so good. It does not mess with the consistency of either the shampoo nor the conditioner. But you will notice that it is in there, as the brown colour is then infused with them both. Recommended.

Good quality extract and very easy to take. I like that it’s alcohol-free and not too strong in taste. I noticed better hormonal balance and less bloating after a few weeks. The only downside is that the bottle is small, so it finishes quickly. Otherwise great product.

This is a high-quality Saw Palmetto product with clean ingredients. I purchased it to use on my scalp for hair thinning related to thyroid issues. I did taste it, and while it's not the best-tasting product, it’s quite potent. But if you’re more focused on the benefits than the flavor, that’s definitely a positive.

Our regular capsules had been discontinued so I bought these as an alternative. They are just as effective if not more. They are also more cost effective so I will carry on repurchasing.

I use Saw Palmetto in combination with my collagen powder. I have seen my hair quality really improve. I like liquids, can easily put them into smoothies.
