Nothing unpleasant here - just a thymus gland extract that's reliable and strengthening to the system. Can't believe how cheap this product is. I expect everyone's need for it varies, but I find it improves my immune strength, overall energies, and cognition. In my top 5 of supplements.
The taste and smell is pleasant if you enjoy beef. It is mild when the capsule is opened and placed under the tongue. Not sure if it doing anything thing but I have not been ill while supplementing with this. May support longevity. Do your own research.
