My mother is 77 and looks a decade or so younger. She always asks me to order Bee Propolis for her. She says's that it keeps her skin looking good. She doesn't have any wrinkles at all. Highly recommended and this one is more affordable that some other brands but just as good!
I am not sure that I got a good batch, here. I prefer the iHerb brand I previously got (California Gold, then Lake Avenue) as all the Propolis brands I got here always had that slight and pleasant alcohol smell. This doesn't. Not sure if it has any potency. I only tried 2 caps but unlikely that I'll get this again. Wish they still offered Y.S. Bee Farms' as it was the best!

From what I know, this product is to help relieve allergy symptoms, helps to improve immunity and help with lowering blood pressure. Use caution when using this product with garlic, ginger, ginkgo, because it might slow blood clotting. Small gelatin capsules, easy to swallow. Follow the manufacturer's directions. There is no taste to these, but there is a slight smell. I take this every day.
