I take DHEA every morning (together with adrenal glandular, adrenal stimulating herbs, and 1-2 cups of coffee) for my underactive adrenals. These supplements keep me functioning. I was taking 50 mg of DHEA, but as my adrenals are slowly recovering, I don't need quite as much, so now I'm decreasing dose. I like this brand because the capsules are smaller than other brands, even with the same dosage. Makes me think the others have a lot of fillers. Plus, the smaller capsule size is easier to swallow.
