Just One Complete Multi Without Iron, 130 Tablets

This multivitamin was among the best from all the others which I filtered. 1. Good micronutrient amounts, I only need to supplement it with a cucumber for Vitamin K. Potassium is low just like all other supplements. Magnesium and Calcium also need supplementation with food. Otherwise you're all set for the day. 2. Price is great per serving. 3. Only 1 tablet a day instead of multiple which I like. 4. No gelatin. Especially important to Muslims and/or vegans.

One of the things I like the most is that it gives decent concentration for most of the elements with only one tablet a day, which is perfect for me as I have one less thing to remember (taking another tablet). Swallowing is easier with food than a drink as the tablet is quite chunky. Recommended.

Took one daily for the past month without missing a a day and it is going great. Packaging and size are nice and so is the quality. The ingredients are the best but I am not sure about the potency right now cause I might suffer from multiple deficiencies haha. The taste is fine.

For the price, you actually get a lot of capsules, which makes this a really good value. I also like that the formula doesn’t include iron, because I take iron separately, so it fits well into my routine. The ingredients feel well balanced and thoughtfully combined. There is a slight taste, which I personally don’t love, but it’s not a big deal and definitely tolerable. Overall a solid supplement for the price, and I appreciate the simple, balanced formula.
